Storage plan

Icloud won't let me downgrade to the free 5 GB plan, when I choose this option I can't click done. I've checked my storage use ad it is only 2 GB so no problems there.

Try to close settings and try again.

Try restarting your device and try again.

Try using a different device.

Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

Contact Apple if you can't resolve the issue
