Question

WiFi and Bluetooth won’t enable

Since 12.3.1 download my WIFI and BLUETOOTH won’t enable. Also no support available from Apple directly because my phone is 5 years old. Not impressed I am a loyal customer and expected more.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

- Privacy Settings, and then try those three options.
- Restart your iDevice, and then try option one (Perform Force Restart on your iPhone model).

Try restoring it from your backup. If that still doesn't work the update has revealed a hardware problem with your iPhone, either a broken antenna or failed chipset. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process if it comes to that.

I suggest resetting your phone.
