my iphone message me: iphone is disabled and connect to itune
i have my phone passcode and my iclould id and password
i connect my iphone to windows pc and itunes.
itunes update my iphone.
but cant restore my iphone.
what i can do?
i dont want lose my data.
i want keep data and my photo .

Why can't you reset the phone : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ?
If the phone is disabled you will have to reset it back to factory defaults, and you can then restore to your last backup.
