Documents folder size error
information about system says folder Documents is 12Gb. but when i press "Manage", finder shows it's actually about 25 Mb. Green - Documents. I miss 12 Gb on my 128 Gb Air. How can I make it really 25 Mb?

Reindex your drive for Spotlight and then check. I have no problem with the two being the same:
