How do I find last location of my iPhone six before it was offline or died?

it would have needed to be enabled in your Apple ID under phone

Settings>General>[select your Apple ID account]>Find My Phone>Send Last Location.

You go look for it. Start with the last place you remember having it and retrace your steps.
